Telecom Clearline Payphone enclosures

Plastic and glass head box enclosures were used in sheltered supervised areas to give some privacy. Mostly supplied by Telecom.

Above- this simple half booth head box (with a brown colour scheme and smoky tinted glass) as seen on Dixon Street Haymarket, 1985, was widely in use in the 80s (typically housing the CT3).
